"To a justice a juggler did complain Of one, that dispraised his father’s name. What’s thy name?..."

To a justice a juggler did complain

Of one, that dispraised his father’s name. What’s thy name? (say’d the justice) Dauson said hee.

Is thy father alive?

Nay, dead sir.

Than thou shalt no more be “Daus-son”, a clear case,

Thou art Daw thyself now, in thy father’s place.
